EXPERIENCE REVIEW

Priscilla worked twenty years as a Rehabilitation Specialist with the State of Florida helping clients with disabilities gain independence through life skills training and job placement. During that time she worked for Barbizon International School of Modeling on the week-ends as a Lead Instructor teaching comportment and business etiquette skills to teens.

A rare opportunity to learn customer service happened early in her employment experience as a train hostess with the auto train corporation, a private freight train company. There was so much emphasis on customer care that onboard staff would be written up for not smiling enough!

During 2014

Priscilla completed an online certificate with a Cornell University hospitality program, comprised of six courses.

And, in 2015

she completed a six week Osher Institute sponsored Instructor training.
